Pre-Release Author Event!

The Comfort Zone, the community bookstore at John Speed's hometown in Ocean Grove New Jersey, surprised the author by setting up a pre-release author event...the first commercial sales of The Temple Dancer, where John met some fans, read from the book and signed lots of autographs.

Speed at ALA

John Speed attended the American Library Association convention in New Orleans June 24-25. He gave out promotional CDs, authentic Indian temple dancer bangles and bindis, read from The Temple Dancer and signed autographs.
